Founder And Managing Partner
Sabrina Shaheen Cronin is a mom of three children: two boys and one girl. Her sons are heavily involved in hockey, both playing for AAA travel hockey teams. Her daughter is on a competitive gymnastics team. When she is not working or driving her children to their activities, Sabrina enjoys working out, watching good movies, and going to concerts. She also loves to experience good food and wine in the company of great friends. Having started this firm on her own, Sabrina truly understands the need to provide efficient, effective, and tough representation. Sabrina feels very passionate about empowering her clients and making sure they feel heard. Sabrina combines the perfect balance of sensitivity and assertiveness so there is never a doubt that her clients know they are cared for with dignity and respect, and their interests are pursued vehemently.
Sabrina went to the University of Michigan, where she studied music and theater. This background allows her to have more creativity in her approach to solving complex legal issues and masterful negotiations. Pursuing JD and MBA degrees simultaneously, while challenging, has given her an incredible wealth of knowledge and has greatly contributed to her development as an excellent advocate for her clients. Sabrina’s diverse experience has also given her the capacity to represent a wide array of clientele, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, individuals, and families. Sabrina is proud of the firm she has built and the level of service all those at the firm provide.
Her professional experience is distinctive and varied. She began as an associate attorney for a large civil litigation firm, where she practiced bankruptcy law, civil litigation, family law, and medical malpractice defense. From there she moved on to an insurance defense firm, where she continued to handle a variety of litigation matters, including medical malpractice and family law. She was also General Counsel for a Professional Employer Organization, handling human resources, employment law matters, and litigation. Sabrina then took on the position of Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office. In the courtroom every day, Sabrina honed her trial skills and it was with this position that her passion for helping to empower victims of crime was born.
While she is not busy attending and advocating for the best interests of her clients, Sabrina can be found cheering on her children at all their games and meets. Sabrina is a member in good standing of several State and Federal Bar Associations and is admitted to the practice of law in State and Federal courts in Michigan, Illinois, and New York. Sabrina has also received several awards, including a Distinguished Service Award for Oakland County and an American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy. She is a long-term supporter of several not for profit organizations including CARE House of Oakland County, Grace Centers of Hope, and Choices Detroit, just to name a few.
Sabrina truly desires to make a lasting and positive impact on every person who walks through the doors of her firm. She wants everyone to live their best lives and if she can effectuate change in someone’s life for the better, not just throughout their legal matter but for a lifetime, then she knows she has done her job. She cares deeply about every one of her staff members and clients and wants everyone to be courageous in their actions, confident in their choices, and compassionate in their spirit. This, after all, is the motto of the firm!
